About the Author
Ms. Karshna graduated from the University of Minnesota with a major in English literature. She has taken additional creative writing classes at the Loft Literary Center in Minneapolis, and is currently enrolled in a graphic design program at Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
She owes her gratitude to her writing group, the Desperadoes, whose motto is: "Genius is 10 percent inspiration, and 90 percent desperation."
